  • We accept returns and issue refunds for items in unused, original condition with all tags attached.
  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of purchase.
  • Items that are damaged due to improper handling or used items are not eligible for a refund.

  • Charitable Donations: As 10% of each purchase goes to charity, this donation amount will be non-refundable once the donation has been made.
  1. Partial Refunds
  • For any returned item that shows signs of use or is not in its original condition, a partial refund may be issued at our discretion.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • If you would like to exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.
  1. Refund on Charitable Donations
  • 10% of each purchase is donated to charity. In the event of a return or refund, this donation portion is non-refundable once it has been contributed. By purchasing, you agree that this charitable portion will not be refunded.
  • In the event of a return, this donation portion is non-refundable, as it is contributed at the time of purchase. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
